Yes it will all fit perfectly, I wouldn't recommend things that don't.

The MSI Z87-GD65 does not support RAM speeds of 1333MHz.

Not even sure why you have that board, get the G45 gaming standard one, much cheaper.

Also you will ne a good cooler if you plan on overclocking.
