So I'm not sure if people already know this but I'm saying it anyway in case. So earlier today I got on GTA Online and left my apartment instead of going to my garage. Once I was out I got in my car that was already outside and drove it into my Garage and there was two of them,The one I drove in and the one that was already there. I tried it twice with the Vacca and the Entity, so it works. Just posting for fun
