get personal bests on your laps, you get a lot of xp. i went from rank 104 to 105 after one game (i was already half way there though)

i tried with 2 people didnt work so probably need 6 people

I get that msg after one lap and get 6k rep but when I finish the 2nd lap, the xp bar doesn't even show up and I get no xp for the rest of the race.
Any help?

the other 1k comes at the end of the mission, for completing it.

to OP - i did it again and left the matchmaking to "open" and gained no xp. i did it again while it was closed and gained again. maybe that's another requirement?
