Cause you see if you go onto the rockstar website and you goto support and enter a ticket there will be a section that says "Banning Issue" so you can get banned on the rockstar servers so it wasn't rockstar.

Okay, I got perma-banned from MW3 for using godmode classes and I didn't get banned from live. Only from the MW3 servers. So I don't see why R* would do it any differently and ban you from XBL?

Xbox support cannot tell you anything, you would have to go and post a post on the xbox forums for the Enforcers to see and tell you why, also they wouldn't even tell you what it was for or where it was from so.
