What are you smoking? Two 680 would cost at least 410 a piece(820+ just for graphics alone). i7s are not cheap either

That's not too bad for gaming and video editing.

It's okay, but very unbalanced.
The Full tower case is really not needed.
The i5 is perfect.
The RAM is great for Editing.
The Cooler will not work for high overclocks.
The Board is the best for the budget.
The GPU is great but a 7950 will out perform it and possibly cheaper.
The PSU is too overkill for the build.
The SSD is perfect.
CPU - 9/10
Motherboard - 10/10
RAM - 8/10
GPU - 7/10
SSD - 8/10
Case - 5/10
PSU - 5/10
Overall - 7/10

First off, thanks. What cooler would you recommend? What PSU and case would you suggest? What specific brand GPU 7950 is the best?

There isn't a best of anything in the real world...
But I'd recommend a Corsair H80 or a Silver Arrow CPU Cooler!
A OCZ ZS or ZT series PSU, XFX or Seasonic are also very good.
case, I'd go for something like a Antec One or Corsair 300R.
The 7950 had many variations, but I'd stick with the MSI Twin Frozr or XFX DD. they usually are the cheapest and most likely the best.
