I was playing with some friends the other day then it could no longer hear them talk through my turtle beach but they could hear me. All the other sounds play through my headset it's just chat that doesn't,can anyone help, I have turtle beach xl1

Try unplugging all the hook ups and plugging it back in. Or maybe one of the cords aren't hooked up properly? I dont know. Never had this problem with mine, lol but just a suggestion

Maybe a wire is loose? Check your Xbox settings? If you can talk and your friends can hear you, but you can hear them, then it's a controller malfunction. When this happens to me I just take the battery pack out of my control and put them back in. This solves the problem every time
