I know nothing of how to make a computer but I have the money and want to get a gameing computer. Is there things I don't need? Like sound chip or thermal part idk I through a lot of it together thinking it looked good and rating was high. Also is it better to get 4 4gb ram or two 8gb or even just 1 16gb ram card

What's your budget? Everything needs to change and you don't need to spend $2000.

Right now, 8GB is the max you'll get on one stick of RAM. If you're buying 8GB, it's generally best to go with two 4 GB sticks. If you're buying 16 GB or more, buy 8 GB sticks.

The price on the TX650 is ridiculously low right now. You can add a copy of Windows and a DVD burner if you want. Will you overclock?

I want to play a game like as i think is the most demanding game idk bf4 on max setting with the best sound and lag free. If be playing minecrafr, bf4, maybe cod, world of warcraft, ff14, Skyrim online, Sim city, Sims 4, ECT. And I will be making videos with a capture card

You don't need an i7 to game, i7 has hyperthreading which isn't necessary to run games atm. If you're dropping 2k on a PC, why get such a terrible GPU? Get the Radeon 7970.

Your cooler comes with thermal paste, take off the oompound.

You don't need 16gb of RAM, 8gb is more than enough.

Sound Cards aren't necessary with headphones.

Wired + wireless adapters? Do you need it?

850W power supply is overkill, 550 is fine.

Overclocking is when you increase the speed of the CPU. It's very easy and it will take a few hours at most. It's more than what a lot of people are comfortable with doing on their PC, though. If you don't want to overclock, you can get a cheaper motherboard, slightly better CPU at stock speeds, and just use the stock cooler. The motherboard's integrated sound will suffice unless you have high-end headphones. If you have high-end speakers with an amp, you'll want a DAC.

EDIT: The difference between current i7s and i5s on socket 1150 is Hyperthreading a few megabytes of L3 cache. In most tasks, there will be no difference in performance.

And I plan on in the future getting three 3d monitors and setting them up like: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and matter of fact what would you change in that one I might just buy it if I can't decide if I want to build my own. I would make the disc drive bluray,DVD,and cd both writer and reader of all. And the storage probably 2.5-3tb
