Like other people have said, I think they look good on some people. Some just go too large of a gage though and it looks horrible in my opinion

I think that smaller sizes look good, but if you go too large (Like the size of a half-dollar or more) I think its **** retarded. Whats the point? It doesn't look good, it smells horrible, the pretty much the only place you could get a job with them would be Hot Topic. Not to mention, some people can get them broken, and that just... well, it speaks for itself. I know a bunch of people who have them because I'm around that scene and lifestyle a lot, and I can tell you at LEAST 80% if not more of them say something along the lines of, "I wish I had never gotten them, it was one of the worst decisions ever."

It doesn't really bug me unless they're huge, if they're really small I think they can look pretty cool.
I'd never stretch my ears though..
