Rockstar stated for Red Dead Redemption that they will not be punishing players for abusing exploits found in their game.

I guess it's safe to assume it's the same for GTA V because it's been a while and not a single person has been punished.

There's a whole section in the ToS about not exploiting glitches, a few people claim they have been reset but I am yet to see anything.

Do the glitch if you want, I'm not going to, but don't go crazy.

My brother hasn't gotten banned. He has over 6 million. He's still going until it gets patched

I wasnt banned but they did patch Rooftop Rumble now to where instead of just destroying the document you have to deliver it and you cant replay which sucks
