i was just wondering if it was possible to give other player cars. If so can you tell me how to do so

Yes, but only if it is off of the street, it won't work if the car was bought and delivered to your garage.
You do this by;
1. Having 2 people in an invite only session (make sure that the person who owns the car that wants the car duped isnt hosting the session)
2. Have the car you wish to dupe and run 25ft away from it and have the partner 5ft away from the car.
3. Press start/LB/XboxGamesStore.
4. Leave the game store and then you should join back the game you were in with your partner and have both of the cars...
