I have Turtle Beach X41 for the Xbox 360 and I used them yesterday no problem but today the chat won't let me hear anyone and won't pick up my own voice but says it is plugged in. I have tried multiple Xbox's and controller's with different types of battery packs and nothing is helping. Any help?

I had this problem,


remove the mic and put it back in, yes the mic is removable i didn't know this until i got the same problem

I do not believe the mic on the X41 is removable.
