Im doing the Criminal record for fast rank up but every race with my friend, we only get 1000k Rp . What are we doing wrong? I put the right settings also. Were on PS3

I'm getting the same problem, also on PS3. maybe it's xbox only?

You mean 1,000 RP - correct?

You need to have the laps set to 3, that way each time you go around the lap it will be faster than your last lap, and thus giving you the 'huge RP boost'.

The only problem here is you trying to spam out 1 race to level up faster. Play legit.

I set it to 3 laps, not 1 lap.

You need to keep an eye on your RP bar as you cross the lap one time, you will see your points jump up. It gives you ~1,000 RP at the end, but you gain the rest throughout the race via beating your personal best record. Speaking of which, you need to set the option to 'Personal', not 'World'.

Its giving me 100rp every lap i cross the line, at the end it gives 450rp for finishing first.

If you stop at all during a lap (by crashing or just generally stopping) you will get no RP when you cross the checkpoint
