Step 1 : Drive up to the top of the map , next to Beeker's Pay N Spray!

Step 2 : Get on a 4 star wanted level , and wait for one of the SUV's to come.

Step 3 : Steal the SUV and get out of the cops sight!

Step 4 : Drive into Beeker's Pay N Spray and make sure to put a tracker on it with insurance!

Step 5 : Troll your friends and have fun (:
