"Editing"

...Editing what? Graphics? Video? Music?

Anyway, in all cases (except the CPU) the Toshiba Satellite is better. Better Display, bigger hard drive, better graphics card, has an optical drive. The CPU is one 100 MHz slower so there's probably not much of a difference there

Worth the extra 50 bucks to get the Toshiba.

I would go with the toshiba or maybe look for something with the same specs but more ram.

You won't want to be editing anything on those things.

The Intel Celeron CPU's are awful and terrible in every way.

Same with the AMD E-Series APU's, but if it's out of them 2, the Toshiba one. But they are both pretty awful.

i can 100% back up OCZ on the celeron's ,id personally aim for a i3 with 6-8gb ram, though i have never used a apu i cant speak for or against them
