LibertyV Update:Resources can be imported now.
There is a new import files window, that gives you the options to choose how to import files.
If you don't know how to use the program, I would suggest using another program, for this is a tool for more experienced modders, or Ask The Community of TTG

This program is for the noobs at modding things, for it is very easy.
It is pretty much like Horizon.
If you don't know how to get your game save on a usb then... I feel sorry for you

Tutorials
How to ISO mod GTA V
for ps3 & x360
(using librety-r18)
Requirements
- GTA V ISO Files
- GTA V RPF AES Key (ps3 &/or 360)
LibertyV
Mod Opportunity #1 (handling.dat)
The first thing you are going to want to do is extract an RPF out of the GTA V ISO; most of the good data is stored in common.rpf on Disk 2

Once you have that RPF extracted, open it in Librety V.
The first file we will be looking at is the handling.dat and just like GTA IV, it stores the handling like for all the usable vehicles.
You can find the handling.dat in common.rpf > data > "handling.dat"
You can extract this file by right click it in the list view of files and selecting Export File
Open the handling.dat up in your favorite text editor and change to your likings. *Note: GTA IV lines won't work
Re-import the file
Finishing Up (saving the new RPF)
This step is pretty simple, just click on the Save icon in LibertyV, give the new RPF a new name.
Once the new RPF is built, replace the old one in the ISO with the new one. Done

it asks for some kinda key befor you can use the program what kinda key do i put into it to make it work or where do i find one????
