i have rebug 4.46 how can i get online i cant seem to work that part out ps3 not banned if i can i will host lobbys for people that help

firmware is 4.49 LV2 KERNAL IS CEX AND TARGET TYPE IS CEX when i click to sign up it says system update required i cant find a working spoof kit for 4.46 to 4.50
