I think you might need a 850 Watt power supply but i'm not the best with computer building either. LOL
With the videos i watch on youtube on people build computers for these particular tings(Gaming, Editing, and Streaming) they all use 800+ Power Supplies so i'd take that into consideration but every thing else looks good to me.
P.S. Keep in mind i'm not the best person to ask cause i'm not the best with things like this but i just thought i'd put my 2 cants in and maybe help you out a bit.

SO many issues, not your fault at all, but let us begin.
1. Clearly you were using a pre-building website, seeing how you copied the specs into your post. Using these websites will force you to spend around double or even triple for what you would pay if you were to build your own. Websites like that are actually pointless if you want to spend your money effectively. Buy the parts individually on newegg.com or scan.co.uk depending on where you live.

2. If you're asking for build help on TTG, you're not in the content creation (gfx/videos) world that demands the use of an Nvidia Quadro anything. Regardless of how "cool" they might sound, you won't use it for its intended purpose. Plus, you won't be happy with gaming performance on a workstation card.. My school has a workstation computer for classes where they use CAD and other programs of the like- they still use a GTX 580..ALSO, you do not need 32GB of memory. You just don't, plus ram at that high capacities gets really expensive. 16GB is the most you'll need, even 8GB will surpass.

3. 1TB Velociraptor, now with what you'll be doing, an SSD is essential. Rather than spend so much on a single HDD, buy a standard [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and an [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to go with it. This way you can have your OS and main programs on the SSD, while keeping stock footage/misc files/projects on the HDD.

tl;dr name your budget and we can sort you a list of parts to order online to build yourself. This way we can make sure you get what you need and that you spend your money properly.

And just to clarify, your build would easily run on the 650w. 850w would be good for an SLI/CFX solution, but this is not the case. Also, RAM hardly sucks up voltage so there's no need to consider it.

Get an SSD as your primary drive then use the 1tb drive for games and videos. Trust me as a editor 1tb will not last you long. The SSD doesn't have to be huge 120GB is enough for an OS and programs. Apart from that it looks Boss

go for a 850 what power supply and if your going to be gaming I would say a gtx 660 for games like bf3 and farcry 3 with a 2gb dedicated video memory.
