I am trying to rob all 20 stores and i have done it already to try and get the "stick up kid" all of the stores have check marks on them and everything. but i havnt gotten the achievement. can anyone help me with this problem please? thanks in advance!

i think some of the achievements have glitched a little bit

I can't get the American Dream achievement, I've bought
two expensive apartments/garages on two different characters. I also got a lot of insured vehicles.
