Don't plan on using it anymore but I'm surprised they haven't pushed an update to fix it.

Updates cannot be placed on any day, they need to be booked through xbox and have a set date (usually on a tuesday)

They also need to work on a patch for this glitch, without modifying the game too much, so it does take more effort than you think

For those asking this glitch does work just start a new story mode then go into inv only session.
Park your 50k+ car outside LSC get a cheap car and follow the method.

I also recommending damaging each car, e.g. kick both cars, or driving them into a wall.
Just so you see the same loading screen
