It happened to me and my friend, both on separate occasions.
But we have no idea how its done.
Anyone know how to do it?

Its happened to me as well.

I think its when your car is about to get impounded and you get in it when it starts to flash, but I'm not to sure

someone stole my car then i made it were noone could getin so forced him out of car i went to his location and i ran into my invisable car and got in
