If i flash a xbox 360 slim will it get banned from xbox live ?

There is always a chance of a ban whilst playing online with a Flashed Console but if its done correctly you should be fine, just make sure your games are Stealth Patched and burnt properly. I have been playing on Flashed Consoles for the past 3 year and I have never received a ban.
