tbh , you didnt change much but the CC. so i wouldnt say its a manipulation. but either way good work

Its called an HDR Effect...and manipulation means to change something in some way. so yes it is a manipulation. but thanks anyway

I was trying to make it over-done because I am currently practising for creating a comic strip at college. So I thought the best way to go about it was to turn real life images into a slightly over-done hdr effect because I cant draw for shit
