Well for one thing, that 200k reward is fake because you can't give anyone cash in-game as of right now.
Second, you just have to serve your time. R* patched the glitch where you could have people commend you and knock time off the bad sport lobby. Just do jobs and play TDM instead of running around in Free Roam. The main thing that you will get punished for is destroying other player's cars or quitting out of a job before it is finished so try not to do anything to add time.
