I have been looking all around and every person I ask to give me one, always just says they are. It would mean alot if someone could dupe me one!

i cant dupe mine for you but i can tell you an easy way to get it. go to the prison parking lot and change your spawn location to last. then search the parking lot if its not there then find new session rince and repeat until you get it good luck
