Does anyone know where the Cargobob ALWAYS spawns? Im lvl 100+ so the Buzzard spawns everywhere.Thanks

Go to the docks all the way south of the map. The buzzard has a higher spawn rate but you should be able to get the cargobob.

My friend told me that he found one on too of a hospital.. I don't know with one..

Tried both spots but Buzzard still spawns because im a high lvl.

I think you're right because it only spawns for me when my low-level friend is near me.

Well rumor has it once your'e past level 40 you cant get it.I have tried so many ways to try and get it as I am also 100+. Ive looked at every location, NOTHING. I called merryweather and they brought some random chopper. I had lester locate one, NOTHING. Went to military base, NOTHING. It looks like were out of luck. Even when playing with lower levels I still can't find one.
