In GTA IV it was a really fast and nice looking car. In GTA V it's ugly and terrible

People are using that car for the MOD shop glitch because its not a "high-end" Vehicle and people can duplicate it and other people can use it and keep it as their own and sell it for a really high price ( thats where the mod shop glitch comes into play)

They are nice car, they are rare if your like me and actually tried looking for it :p and it's all personal preference.
