Rock star Games already confirmed that people doing the criminal records race will not be punished there the ones that put it in why would people get punished from doing it??

we need a sticky to clarify that anyone that is farming/grinding will NOT be banned it is not hacking,glitching,cheating etc the only people that have a chance of getting banned/cheaters pool are people that are hacking or glitching such as the bike glitch

Theve recently posted that replaying missions/racing is not an exploit its just farming and that you wont be banned for them the LSC im not sure about though
