What happens when you buy a garage when you have the 400,00 house with the 10 car garage ?

You can only have 1 house, so you will lose all except 2 cars from the 10 car garage.

You'll loose the house.. Also i think r* should let us have more than one garage, to build up a huge car selection

I think R* should fix garages deleting first before letting people expand to more garages/apartments just to have both deleted. This time around permanently, js.

You will lose the house but get some of your money back.
Your cars will transfer over.
