Hello I am the leader of LLSC and I have prepared this topic for you guys hopefully you appreciate it and read it and hopefully join my crew in the end.
STORY
I was born In the city of los Santos growing up wasn't easy we had a lot of pressures on us. I was always picked on by the gangs they used to make me do stuff, stuff im not proud of but I wasn't going to let that get in my way. I left high school early and started up a gang at the time we were called middle street bangers we thought this was great. at this time I was aged 16 we had a partnership going with other gangs, we made and sold meth it was a great way to make money, as we sold more and more meth we became more notorious for selling it and one day we got our safe house raided by the police I did 7 years for that I will never forget that day. now that im 23 people think that I would know what to do but I don't, I don't have any money I don't have any friends im on my own, I thought the only way out was suicide until I remembered my friend josh from middle street bangers he only done 6 years when we got raided. I managed to catch up with him and we had a long talk in the end we talked about a new gang we thought of a name LittleLSCrew, that was our new tag, after our talk we got straight into recurting members we now have 11 strong and able members.

ROLES OF MEMBERS
Leader
This is the person that makes final decisions on everything goes , nothing is done until he or she says so they also have the most control over everything (EG RANKS, MONEY , CARS , POWER AND HIESTS.
Commissioners
This is the leaders right hand man/men they help decide what goes and doesn't they have not got as much power.
Lieutenants
These are the people that make sure other people are doing there job they have to give jobs and make sure they are done right they also have to make sure heists are done right and we get all the money accounted for.
Representatives
These are the people who have to gives us a good name , they have to make us look better and more powerful by getting our name out there and known, they are the ones who make people fear and hate us.
Muscle
These are the people who do the dirty work, get jobs done and done right. we also have to rely on these people because they are the people who do the heists do the raids and get the money.
PS: ALL RANKS GET EQUAL AMMOUNT OF MONEY SHARED BETWEEN EVERYONE AFTER HIESTS, ROBBERIES AND RAIDS.
TRAINING
We will have training sessions every so often just to make sure people are up to standard
In these training sessions we will be acting out raids
we will also be doing role plays
we will need 8 or more people to do a training session
in order to make people attend the training sessions (if you miss more than 3 you will be demoted.
if you cant be demoted you will get warnings if you get 2 or more you will be suspended form the crew for a matter of time.

Don't be a afraid to message any of the crew members just to play with them, the ranks in the crew are friendly and don't mind meeting any new crew members.
We're mainly a Thrill Seeking kind of crew so we will be playing lot's of Free Roam but we'll also be doing lots of heists and such to make big money.

Crew Tag : YKZA
Our Crew color is an awesome type of blue which you can use on your car and it's not required to have it on all your cars, feel free to put it on any car or you don't even have too but we mainly use cars with the type of blue I chose for the crew :]
The Crew Emblem is also a nice addition to your car. I made it myself by copying it from the wiki page of Yakuza. I made it from scratch too. Hope you like it
