That's a pretty decent build, however the SSD is the older generation and i'd suggest the V300 model instead as its newer and is generally sold at a more budget price. Also the power supply i would change to a better one.

Well I plan on buying a new keyboard, monitor, and such after I put together the computer so all I really need is the tower. Also I could probably buy an os too but that wouldn't need to be included in budget
