I remember when i used to play freemode with my friends on GTA IV, now you have to buy the game and money in game to play "freemode". What's next GTAO Membership?

And if you find a good way of making money via glitching or exploit. You're getting banned/reset because it will mess up the game economy and ruin other players experience.
BUT WAIT you can legitimately ruin the game economy and other players experience if you buy their money cards, as long you're giving them more money is all good.

Some of those quotes are near true.

Rockstar will have to ban roughly 50% of the online population if you take into consideration people who did it for a small amount of money as well.

It is also R* fault in some way as they released an unfinished product which caused everything to be like it is and has been.

When I went into online I never accepted the terms and conditions. Well I might of but all I can remember is the mandatory tutorial cutscene because of the amount of times I had to try and make a character.

Also, some people did this because of losing a character. That's why I did it, I lost 2 days play time and thought "why the hell not?". Now I have everything I want and only use my "big toys" in private games with friends like my tank, buzzard, titan, adder etc.

Some people are using these glitches to be annoying in online games, some people aren't. IRL people love money, in GTA, you need money so people will do whatever they want to get money. There are not enough missions to keep GTA online from being repetitive so people did these glitches.


If they are going to do something they should do it soon. They are taking their time which means that people that don't know if they are going to get banned (myself being one) don't know whether to keep leveling up or not.

I don't mind whether they get banned or not, I don't care.

But for the love of god could you all[exploiters] stop moaning about it.

You broke the rules so if you do get banned/reset just accept it. PLEASE.

The quotes above are what I read in the GTA forums today. These are ignorant people who heard of a ban wave and basically said what I wrote above.

When you first entered online you agreed to the terms and conditions. Did you guys forget about that? Oh my! Well let me refresh your memory for those who forgot, or did not read it at all.
When you entered GTA Online, you agreed to their terms and conditions as well as Xbox Live. The one part I am really interested in is this part of the document:
"Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches."
"Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer."

For those who are complaining that rockstar is responsible, well guess what, they are not. You chose to exploit their vulnerable glitches. If you found this glitch then you should have reported it to rockstar so they can patch it. They found out so late because no one actually reported, they just exploited it until they reached millions of dollars. Think you are cool with all the money from your car sales. You are upset that people who replayed missions are not getting banned. Want to know why? Its because it is not exploiting, its called farming. It is not illegal in any way. (But it is boring). You guys are glitching cars and exploiting the glitch for your rank/money online. When you are reset, know this: YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, TERMS OF USE, AND CODE OF CONDUCT.

If you want to comment negatively to this, go ahead. This only means that you took advantage of glitches and is getting reset soon. Now stop ranting on this site about how dumb the ban wave will be. I understand Badsports but complaining about getting banned for car glitching is ridiculous. You exploited the game, you knew what was at stake, and now you will pay for it. Go ahead sell the game, its not like rockstar is losing any money, you already bought the game. LOL

I know that this is very unpopular with all the glitchers in this community but the fact remains that this is the truth of it !.
All the moaning and name calling in the world will not change that fact.

its not so much that it isnt true, but more about the fact that they claim the exploit "unbalances the economy" yet they have cash packs for real money that does the EXACT same thing. they are just getting money hungry now

Its kind of ridiculous that they're banning us, of course we are going to use glitches and that, its callled having fun, if there is a defect in the game that R* has done then well who's fault really is it? Inifity ward/treyarch wont just ban you for doing a glitch, but R* will? Unfair R* Unfair.
