They aren't resetting. At least not for me. There is a bug where you can lose all your shit except weps and apprtment though. I had that aswell. glitched it back.

If you would like a car duped so you have some stuff if your garage just PM me. All the cars I can dupe are in blue and the Pegasus vehicles are in red. If you want one duped just make sure you have a space because they have all the upgrades (including 100% armor and turbo) which are expensive so you wouldn't want to lose 'em.
