When I play Criminal Records I only get like 2 or 3k. Is there a trick?

I'm only getting 1k RP Everytime.. I don't know what the issue is. I've made the game correctly and followed all directions but I'm still not getting the 7k

You get the rp during the laps, not the end of the race.

The more people the more RP, and try to be in first, the person who is in first and completes a lap first gets more rp

Make sure you have traffic on, wanted stars on, personal score on, and catchup off. Also have 2 laps on.
