I do not do partial refunds. You can ship the console back for a full refund if it is undamaged, or you can simply resolder the wire, your friend fixed his and has reported that it is running perfectly. You even said you had it running for a while, the wire must just have come loose again.

he does a good job, i work for united states postal service and know that most packaging gets ruffed up quite a bit, it wasnt his fault and you cant blame his for thousands of miles of **** getting messed up..

my thing is i paid 350 **** for it and i egt it broken now all i want is 100 so i can get it fixed and buy a kv
