When i start to play online it loads and it brings me to the beginging of the game where u make ur character

It says on slot one im level 28 and shows all my skills and on the top right it says my bank money and my money

Can u help me out with that tell if i wait or just start over

i dont really know what wrong with your maybe just wait a while then try again?

Now it said that the cloud servers are down and my brother clicked retry does that mean i lost my character cause when it said it again i pressed B and went to online and it still says im lvl 28 and all that

They could be down because rock star is starting to ban the cheaters .
