Not really. Generally it's the cooler the better.

What cooler are you using?

The H55 is pretty mediocre. Electronics perform better at low temperatures because resistivity is lower.

If you want to heat it up, run Folding@Home or a CPU benchmark like Prime95, that what i do when it goes below 15C...
