1. Be in a GTA point to point race
2. Select your starting weapon as sticky bomb in the menu
3. As the race loads spam click LB
4. As the countdown starts it will throw a sticky bomb
5. Wait until its says GO then hit left dpad to blow your opponents up

No as the game loads at the countdown starts you look to the side of you and it will throw it in that direction then you should be a safe distance away before detonating.
