You should make sure u get the notification first then dashboard check ur phone as well just to double check ..
Post again if it dont work and i will try finding another method..

It's all about timing.

Same thing was happening to me. So what I did was start-online-quit as soon (and i mean SOON) as you hit buy.

jumped into SP then back into MP and voila. it worked.

Yea bro if it dont work the first time try one more time and if u dont get it to work just replay back as i may have another method for people who cannt get this method to work
