Well OS type of people and iOS types of people are very different.

I cannot stand iOS and iPhones. Nor any of their products, I just don't like them. I think the HTC One would be perfect if it compared to the S4 in power. S4 is slightly more powerful, but it's got a plastic shell.

The Note 3 is really cool if you like way bigger phones. If you're looking at iPhone, the iPhone 5s is double as powerful as the iPhone 5c in Benchmark testing.

At the current time, the iPhone 5s has the highest performance out of all smartphones currently in the market. Of course if performance isn't a major thing to you then you could consider others.

I would agree that you should try to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 or the iPhone 5s. Best phones on the market at the moment.
