i'm level 36 and i played for 6 hours straight and i was level 39 and i left the game and i joined again and it said that i was back to level 36 , i dont understand whats wrong and i did it again i played for 1 hour and after i left for fun to check if it saved and it did the same thing . if anyone know whats wrong with my account please help ill rep+ thank you

Its their fault. This has happened to me, I was lv. 93 when I started playing and I finished at lv. 99. I went back onto GTA online about 2 hours later and I was lv. 93 again.

The next morning I was lv. 99 again and when I went offline It said I was lv. 93 again, but I was lv. 99 for everyone else. :|

I guess the cloud servers are buggy but this has not happened to me thankfully I have had some of my cars disappear out of my garage but i dashed and they came back. But all the rank problems are rockstars fault

The cloud servers have been acting up. That's why you need to wait for the little notification in the corner of your screen to say "save successful".
