Cost wroteRahsta wroteSo I did what you said and it didn't work, but what I did was I went to the parking lot of the customs shop and switched the location to last location. Then I found a new session and I spawn right next to the customs nowCost wroteRahsta wroteI'll let you know if it worked.Cost wrote Whenever I do this I always spawn right back at my house even when I have spawn at last location on.
Mhm that is strange, turn it to property, switch your xbox off and then back on and then change it again, see if that works.
Okay, hope it does work for you:)
Great i am glad you figured a way, have fun doing the glitch:)

If you're having problems reps awning back at your apartment/garage like I was:
Go to some random place, eg outside an LS Customs.
Go to options and change your respawn location to 'last location'.
Now join a new session. If you respawn in your last location, you're good to go (but maybe join a new session again, just to be sure).
If you still respawn back at your apartment, try again? Or go off GTA completely and back on again? It seems like the problem was that the 'last location' setting wasn't saving for some reason, and it was defaulting back to property. But what I just described above worked for me,

Yeah it doesn't save for me.... But I'm fine with it because my garage is like super close to LSC!
