that means you cant run it you need to replace your graphics card to a newer version if you have a pc

I have installed bluestacks and the tapped out app but when I run the app it comes up saying with the logo saying hack then black screens then closes back to the bluestacks app menu any suggestions?

not sure sorry just keep trying i guess because some one had that problem and then it started to work for him eventually
