The sultan was rare but now everyone just dupes it so its not that rare anymore

Trevor's Truck or any expensive car haha, I heard the RAT Loader is pretty hard to get aswell.

The Rat Loader is actually very easy to get. Within 5 minutes of looking one could be found. To be the rarest car would be the Aseas, only way to get it (without duping) is to try and find it as a first car.

Rat loader isn't that hard if you know where to find it. Trevor's truck is easy if you know how to get it. Sheriff SUV's are fairly easy to steal. Everyone dupes the Sultan so that's not even that rare anymore. Soooo, I'm not sure if there are any really rare vehicles anymore.

Although, people seem to get excited about that Declasse Asea thing?

For me the sultan was never rare just go to the downtown LSC and there's like 10 that drive past in like 10 mins
