1. Buy the akuma bike and upgrade it as most you can
2. Host the race down the drain 1 lap motorbikes custom yes catchup off
3. Invite random people and wait for them to join try and get at least 4
4. Try and win and you'll get 11000-13600 in about 1.10
I did this the whole of yesterday and earned about 800000
