I can't be the only one to have thought of this, but I strongly believe that you should have the option to purchase the Fighter Jet. If you have the option to purchase a military tank then you should also be able to purchase the 'P996 Lazer'.

yep!, I think if your higher enough level and you have the cash you should be able to buy one!
