Tutorial:


Dispatch.meta:
Open libretyv, then open your common from disc 2, then +common/data then find the dispatch.meta delete it then right click in an open spot click import and import THIS file * [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] *, THIS IS IMPORTANT MAKE SURE TO RENAME THE FILE GET RID OF THE _TOW THE FILE SHOULD JUST BE CALLED DISPATCH.META, then save *make sure you have a clean common.

In game:
All police cars are now Tow trucks :p.
you will have to get one then take it to your garage and store it, once stored go to your retail version of GTA V the car should be in your garage.

How to dupe it:
Someone gets in the passenger seat of the car
Goes to phone and does/request a mission
Once in the mission(can be on there own) they will spawn in the car
Take it to the garage
Then press up on the D-PAD to get the phone press A, X then A again this will leave the mission put it in Freemode where there car will be in the garage with tracker all to do not(not required) to put insurance on it:)
