Okay so on saturday i went to a trampoline park with one of my friends and i was playing dodgeball and my friend jumped on the tramop ight as i landed and it made my foot like curve in so i went to the doctor and they told me i ractured my ankle so they gave me a splint to pput on my foot and they also gave me crutches. So i go back in 2 weeks to get an actual boot on my foot but i am wondering if there is anything that i can do to where it can heal faster?

Where's Dr-j when you need him lol.
Never broke or fractured a bone in my life so I would never know.
But don't over rest. I guess very slow movements will help.

DR-J
I would say go to the hospital get X-Rays done so you KNOW for a fact that it is a fracture.
Then do what your doctors say.

I feel like you're only posting because you want to tell people you fractured your foot...
Just wait it out. 2 weeks on crutches isn't bad at all. I had fractured my wrist & kept a splint on for 2 months.
&... why would anyone on here know more than your own doctor? Use your common sense, dude.
