i wanna record on my pc without loosing ANY frames so something like an elgato but for pc ?

to do this you will need a second comp or laptop to save the footage to so you dont lose any performance

for example that product will require u to have a second computer you can install it to

I recommend recording with Dxtory it's only 25 and you will lose hardly any fps

It is practically impossible to record a PC game without losing any frames per second.
There is a lot of Screen Recording software you can use to record your screen.
Fraps is a very good recording software if you are willing to pay for it, otherwise you can only record 30 seconds of gameplay before it stops recording.
A software I like to use is called 'PlayClaw 3'. It is a bit like Fraps, but I find my frames per second higher recording with PlayClaw than I do with Fraps.
Fraps and PlayClaw are both very good recording softwares and I recommend you try one of them.
