A DDoS attack will not corrupt a computer within the network nor freeze it, I'm almost certain all computer connections are behind routers these days, one would only see a drop or inaccessibility to the internet. Throwing loosely typed jargon doesn't simply suffice.

Regardless, there is no way of getting another users ip through skype (as there is no direct connection) other than through social engineering.
