NO ONE WILL PARTNER WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER.

You offer the same benefits that youtube its self offers by going to youtube.com/yt/creator

Liar. The biggest network at the moment have around 30.000 partners. And that network is RPM.
